How long will it take to get my order?
Standard lead time ranges from an estimated 2 - 4 weeks. Shipping time is dependent upon the shipping provider and delivery location.
How is the item shipped?
Most orders (to the continental US) are shipped through either FedEx or USPS Priority mail depending on availability. They are carefully placed into a customized, industrial-strength cardboard box to protect your products detail.
Do you offer any type of a return policy?
We understand that things can happen during manufacturing and shipment and to ensure that you are satisfied with your product we offer a limited warranty on qualified products. If you find that the product is not in terrific condition then please just contact us with a picture of the damage or error and we will happily send you a brand new one. How do I reach somebody if I have a question?
Most people connect with us directly through Facebook, you can either click the link or message us directly through the blue button at the bottom of the screen. You can email us directly at email@example.com. We aim to return all inquiries as soon as possible but within 24 hours.
What are the sizing dimensions?
Our canvas products are offered in 8X10, 16X20 or 20X24 and will come in either landscape or portrait orientation depending on the design chosen. Each product page has an image of sizing for further information.
How do I hang my art?
Our items do not come with a canvas hanging kit. Most kits can be purchased for nominal charge at your local box or hardware store. Click here for more information. You can also rest them upon a nail or use command hanging strips as they are very light.
